The legal knowledge education of secondary vocational students is a very important part of the current school education.Under the general environment of governing the country according to law,it is our job to cultivate students’ awareness of the rule of law,develop the habit of obeying laws and regulations,and promote the healthy development of students’ mind and body.To strengthen the legal knowledge education of secondary vocational students,on the one hand,we must value the role of the school,on the other hand,we must value the role of the state and society.This paper investigates the legal knowledge education of secondary vocational students as the main research object.I used the Nanchang No.1 Middle Vocational School as the survey target,and distributed questionnaires.The main contents of the survey were: the establishment of the rule of law course,the effect of teachers,the participation of students in the legal knowledge education class,and the willingness to participate.The survey results tell us: The school pays less attention to legal knowledge education,less class hours,less standardized teaching,and less extracurricular activities.The professional knowledge of teachers’ legal knowledge is insufficient,and there is no in-depth study of legal knowledge,and the teaching effect is very poor.Students lack the enthusiasm for learning legal knowledge,and feel that learning legal knowledge does not have much effect.The state has insufficient support for the legal knowledge education policy for secondary vocational students,and does not strengthen the proportion of legal knowledge education in the curriculum.The society has not deeply realized that it is necessary to create a good environment for the legal knowledge education of secondary vocational students and help secondary vocational students to learn legal knowledge.In response to the problems reflected in the above questionnaires,I have put forward some countermeasures for the legal knowledge education of secondary vocational students: First,to improve the school’s emphasis on legal knowledge education,because schools are the main place for students’ legal knowledge education;second,to improve teachers The third is to correct students’ learning attitudes and improve students’ enthusiasm for legal knowledge education classes and rule of law activities practice classes;Fourth,it is necessary to contact parents to improve their parents’ knowledge of legal knowledge education.The fifth is to strengthen the links between society,schools and families,and jointly provide students with a high-quality place and environment for studying legal knowledge.The research and analysis of the problem of legal knowledge education for secondary vocational students can help the state and society to prevent juvenile delinquency,reduce the crime rate of juveniles,and help schools to better carry out teaching work.However,due to knowledge and experience,it is still necessary to thoroughly consider the policies and policies of different regions,the characteristics and culture of different schools,and then educate students on legal knowledge.Efforts will be made to improve students’ enthusiasm for learning and to enable students to learn legal knowledge in a deep and comprehensive manner.
