The Study On The Reason Analysis Preventive Measures Of Secondary Vocational School Students’ Illegal Behavior

The problem of juvenile delinquency has become a social issue commonly concerned by the society. As a group of teenagers, the students in secondary vocational school conduct illegal behaviors frequently. As a law teacher of secondary vocational school with daily close contact with students, I think it is very important to alleviate and eliminate this society problem. Therefore, this thesis not only summarizes the illegal behaviors’ characteristics of secondary vocational school students, but also thoroughly analyses and discusses the subjective and objective reasons on the illegal behaviors according to the characteristics of the secondary vocational school students. The subjective reasons include bad behavior habit of vocational students, poor cognitive ability, weak awareness of laws and regulations, which may result in illegal behavior due to their disregard of the authority of laws and indulgency of themselves. The objective reasons include the lack of family legal consciousness, bad parenting style, the lack of legal concept of school education and management, and some external factors, such as the bad social phenomenon and imbalance of social behavior norm system etc.Furthermore, based on the comprehensive discussion and analysis of these issues, this thesis explores how to improve the family education, school education, establish the mechanism of social prevention measures of illegal behavior of secondary vocational students, and discusses the reasonable suggestions of the problem. I hope this thesis can be useful for effective regulation and guidance of the behavior of secondary vocational students. What’s more, this thesis can provide reference for administration of the illegal behaviors of the secondary vocational students.
