Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Youth Social Organizations Of Pizhou County

The youth social organization belongs to the social organization category and has become a hot spot in the academic circles and the Communist Youth League system in recent years.In a narrow sense,social organizations include social organizations,private non-enterprises and foundations.Broadly speaking,informal organizations are included.It can make up for the deficiency of the two systems of government and market in promoting democratic politics,economic development and maintaining social stability,and provide public services to the public in a targeted manner.As a pilot city of social management system reform in northern Jiangsu province,Pizhou has a broad space for the development of youth social organizations,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the youth work of the Communist Youth League.This paper studies the development of youth social organization in Pizhou on the basis of studying the development experience of youth social organization at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the present situation,problems and causes of youth social organization in Pizhou by questionnaire and interview records.From the analysis of the sample survey objects,it is shown that the youth social organizations in Pizhou have insufficient investment in funds,talents,positions,policies,and so on,and from the government policy formulation and management mechanism,The reasons that influence the development of youth social organization are analyzed in the aspects of propaganda and popularization.Based on the experience of advanced regions and countries at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems encountered in the development of Pizhou youth social organizations from the government departments,social organizations themselves,the Communist Youth League system and so on.
