Research On The Cooperative Supply Of Community Health Care Service From The Perspective Of Social Trust Theory

Health is the basic right of the individual and an important social capital.With the deepening of the aging degree and the promotion of healthy China's construction,the health of the elderly is related to the realization of the health level of the whole people and the comprehensive well-off society.The innovation of old-age service governance requires innovative governance concepts,governance models and governance tools.Under the background of the age structure of the population,the weakening of family pension function,and the increasing burden of government pension,the “9073” old-age service pattern has basically taken shape,which means that cooperative governance and collaborative supply have been applied in the practice field of old-age services.And development.As an important public service physical space carrier and service platform,the community plays a pivotal role.Therefore,it is of obvious practical significance to further deepen the research of community old-age service system.Based on the research perspective of social trust theory,this study analyzes the feasibility,binding and optimization of community health care services in cooperative supply.Firstly,from the theoretical point of view,the related concepts and social trust theory are defined in detail,and the analytical framework of theoretical research is determined accordingly,and the theoretical model of trust-cooperative supply is established.Secondly,based on social trust,from individual,market and society This paper analyzes the generation logic of community health care service cooperation supply,and analyzes the mechanism of community health care service cooperation supply.Then,based on social trust,the internal tendency of trust individual,market irrational choice and social trust constraint mechanism are missing.This paper discusses the cooperation problems such as lack of motivation,high cost and poor effect in the supply of old-age service cooperation.Thirdly,relying on the previous project research and late-stage investigation,the supply status and cooperation modeof community health care service cooperation and Comprehensive systematic analysis and research on cooperation effects;finally,based on theoretical horizons and practice surveys,an enhanced strategy for cooperative supply of community health care services is proposed.
