Research On The Government-enterprise Cooperation Supply Model Of Community Home Care Services

Since entering the aging society,through the development and practice of 10 years of exploration,of the emergence of a variety of old-age way,community home care is a more economical way of pension for China's specific national conditions,and thus become China's population aging crisis mainstream way.Since 2008,promoting the implementation of community home care work,community home care services has made some progress,but there are insufficient care service supply,supply is low efficiency,poor quality of supply,supply structural imbalances and other outstanding problems.Therefore,choosing the effective supply of Community Services for the Aged and specific supply patterns become the focus of theoretical research.In this case,the national PPP model has become cracked community home care service delivery problems are a strong advocate of the way,public-private partnerships,resulting in practice as a specific PPP model,but the supply of government-enterprise cooperation mode is sporadic in practice pilot exploratory stage,the lack of systematic research in the theory,the lack of clear norms in practice.Therefore,this specific case of cooperation between government and enterprises,government service as the main responsibility for the pension,to improve laws and regulations,a clear corporate identity pension,strengthen policy support,to build a docking platform of supply and demand,regulatory assessment of the pension business operations;private as production and corporate pension service providing entity,to play the advantages of operational management in government regulation,to assume operational risks,build service reputation;the elderly as a target pension supply,we must actively change their ideas,to adapt to a new way of pension age.The only way to improve the effectiveness of community home care service supply model of cooperation between government and enterprises to meet the needs of our pension services.
