Research On Social Support Network Of Urban Minimum Security Group From The Perspective Of Positive Welfare

With the rapid development of economy,the level of urbanization in our country has been gradually improved,and the problem of urban poverty has also followed.There are such a group of people in the city.They are facing difficulties in life for different reasons.They live on the low-income pension,which is called the low-income group.At present,urban low-income groups are not only satisfied with the needs of material life,their needs become more diverse and urgent,which are manifested in medical care,pension,education,employment,spiritual comfort and so on.However,there are still many deficiencies in the current social support network for urban low-income groups in China.The overall development trend is that the resources cover less and the scale is small.Therefore,it is very important to reconstruct the social support network model of urban low-income groups,expand the social support subject of urban low-income groups,reconstruct the role of subject and object,and construct a sound and perfect social support network.Based on the theoretical perspective of positive welfare,this paper elaborates the dimensions of assistance for urban low-income groups.Taking D community in Xi'an as an example,this paper makes a detailed understanding of the social support situation of 20 low-income households in the community by means of literature and semi-structured interviews,analyses the applicability of social support network theory to urban low-income group assistance,the social support situation of urban low-income group in the community,and probes into the working mode of social support network of urban low-income group in the community.It also points out the effectiveness and shortcomings of social support network practice for urban low-income groups.Finally,from the perspective of positive welfare,we reconstruct the mode of social support network for urban low-income groups from the aspects of objective concept,subject,object and role,rescue mode and rescue content,so as to construct a sound social support network for low-income groups.This study can provide useful reference for the study of social support network for the low-income groups.
