The Study On The Problem Of Social Policy About Autistic Children In China From The Perspective Of Positive Welfare

As our country lists autism as mental disability.Autistic children gradually begin to enjoy the support of the social security policy of the disabled.However,due to the particularity of autistic children,autistic children have not received widespread attention in society,and related supporting policies,laws and regulations,and guarantee system are all very imperfect.In the new era,building a well-off society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,building a sound social welfare policy system is a task we must gradually achieve.As one of the contents of the construction of the social security system,the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China proposed to "develop the cause of the disabled and strengthen the rehabilitation services for the disabled."In the social welfare policy,through state intervention "national welfare model" and the new liberalism "welfare pluralism mode",but from the policy practice,only the single mode is difficult to effectively solve the problem of social welfare,at this time,need positive welfare thought.Under the perspective of positive welfare,the promotion of various social welfare policies can achieve a reliable effect.This paper uses literature research method and case analysis,with the perspective of "positive welfare",analyzes the current situation of the social welfare policy of the children with autism in China,combined with the case of "Rainbow baby",we analyzed the social policy problems of autistic children in China.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social policy of autistic children in China from the perspective of positive welfareThe author believes that under the positive welfare ideology,we should change the traditional ideas,the autistic children's social policy should be actively guided,we should focus on prevention and post development guidance;to emphasize the government to provide for multiple subjects under the auspices of the service;to focus on the development of children with autism rehabilitation and employment services etc..
