Research On Administrative Legal Responsibility Of Public Building Construction Quality

The important role of public buildings as an important infrastructure in everyone’s life is self-evident,but the number of accidents involving casualties and property losses caused by the quality of public buildings in recent years is on the rise.Therefore,this paper takes the administrative legal responsibility of public building construction quality as the research object.Firstly,it summarizes the basic theoretical issues of public building quality,then analyzes the constituent elements and responsibility forms of public building administrative legal responsibility.In-depth analysis of the administrative legal responsibility investigation of public building construction quality,starting from the non-uniformity of legal norms,combining the subject of administrative legal liability investigation is not clear,the scope of duties is controversial,the administrative legal responsibility investigation procedure is imperfect,the social supervision mechanism is not perfect,etc.The problem is studied.In view of the above problems,combined with the beneficial practices of foreign countries in the investigation of administrative quality and legal responsibility of public buildings,suggestions for solving problems from the aspects of unifying legal norms,clarifying the subject and scope of responsibility,improving the procedures for pursuing administrative legal liabilities,and improving the social supervision mechanism.From the perspective of law and economics,this paper studies the issue of administrative legal responsibility in the quality of public building construction,adopts the method of interdisciplinary research,and studies the legal responsibility of each administrative subject in the construction of public buildings from the perspective of administrative legal responsibility.Analyze the factors that currently hinder the implementation of administrative legal responsibility for the quality of domestic public buildings.Through careful study of the above problems,it is conducive to standardizing the specific behaviors of the participants in the administrative main body and public building construction,and improving the quality awareness of the administrative subjects.The construction quality and safety of public buildings are of great importance.Studying and discussing their administrative legal responsibilities has far-reaching positive significance for reducing the number of accidents caused by the quality of public buildings.
