With the development of China's market economy and the deepening of the reform of the administrative system,the market supervision and management department,as a newly established government function department,plays an important role in regulating the socialist market order,creating a good market environment and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.In this paper,based on the situation that the organizational justice of civil servants in the supervision department of grassroots market is relatively low,and combined with the current situation that the job burnout of grassroots civil servants is generally serious.With market regulators at the grass-roots level of job burnout of organizational justice is negatively related to assumptions,based on the relationship between organizational justice and job burnout of empirical research,explore market regulators at the grass-roots level of job burnout influence of organizational justice,to improve the market supervision and management of the department of civil servants at the grass-roots level of fairness and reduce job burnout feeling.This paper studies the relationship between organizational justice and job burnout in two parts.In the first part,through literature reading,the related research on organizational justice and job burnout and the relationship between them are analyzed,forming the research idea and hypothesis of this paper.The second part,combined with data analysis,discusses the relationship between organizational justice and job burnout.By taking the dimensions of organizational justice as independent variables and the dimensions of occupational burnout as dependent variables,this paper studies the relationship between organizational justice and job burnout,draws the relevant conclusions,and proposes scientific countermeasures and measures based on the conclusions to improve the administrative efficiency of the market supervision and management department.
