| With the deep reform of the system of socialist market economy,private enterprises have become the most active point of growth in our country’s socialist market economy,making prominent contribution to country’s tax,advance technology and job creation in cities and towns,our country has mandatory legal requirement for an enterprise to form a union.Enterprise unions are protectors of the legal rights of employees and the provider of legitimate rights and interests protection service.Under the new development of social and economical situation,the private enterprise workers call for the rising of rights and interests protection service,protection of the legitimate rights and interests of a good worker has become the urgent task of the union of private enterprises,but the insufficiency of the current private enterprise union work method and the imperfection of the labor organization,had made the quality of legitimate legal rights protection service needing to be improved.Therefore,private enterprises union is badly in need of a complete set of value concept and working methods to provide guidance and reference.In this paper,a private enterprises B of Guangdong province is used as an example,in-depth interviews of union cadres,union workers and worker representatives have been conducted,summing up the current contents and accomplishment of the protection of union workers’ rights and interests,the need of enterprise workers’ of legitimate right and service and the deficiencies and cause of union’s service.As an professional discipline,social work process a system of values and work methods.This paper through on-the-spot investigation,investigated in-depth the needs of union workers,attempting to use the professional methods and value methods in the practice of B enterprise’s union work,put forward the strategy of social work intervention of the protection of the union workers’ legitimate right,hoping to promote the private enterprise labor union’s benign operation through the professional advantages of social working,thus promoting the development of the enterprise and society.Therefore,by exploring the feasibility of the protection of the rights and interests of the social work intervention unions services,the principle of involvement and intervention way,the worker on the basis of insufficient demand and union service together,from the system construction,method of professional guidance,training,such as links to resources the involvement of the some aspects put forward concrete content,in the present Chinese enterprises under the background of the slow development in social work is of important theoretical and realistic significance.It is hoped that by giving full play to the professional advantages of social work,the benign operation of the labor union in this private enterprise can be promoted,thus promoting the development of the enterprise. |
