Community Detoxification Based On Social Support Theory

In recent years,the number of drug abusers has shown a clear trend of increase,seriously endangering the public's health.Drug abusers are apt to trigger various kinds of harmful behaviors due to poor mental conditions.For example,some drug addicts absorb theft for drug use and their health is impaired by the spread of drugs.Under such circumstances,the drug problem can be said to be a serious threat to society.Drug abusers not only have an impact on their own family but also lead to the destruction of social stability.The promulgation of the "Anti-drug Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Drug Rehabilitation Ordinance" have allowed the practice of drug abuse to be extended from voluntary and compulsory detoxification to community detoxification and community rehabilitation.Under such a model,drug addicts can feel the cares of their families,relatives and friends,effectively get rid of the discriminated mentality,enhance their social identity and effectively integrate into society.The use of community drug rehabilitation models requires the joint support of all social forces.Detainees staff,community grassroots organizations,family members and community police are all community supportive drug abusers and play a very important role in helping drug addicts to rehab their drug addicts.As the community drug rehabilitation model is currently undergoing a trial phase,there are differences in practices among different regions in the country and their effects do not agree with each other.Based on this consideration,this paper selects Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province as a blueprint.Based on the spirit and intension of relevant documents such as the "Anti-Noxious Law" and "Drug Rehabilitation Ordinance",this paper investigates the rehabilitation and rehabilitation of community drug addicts in Taizhou by questionnaire and interview methods.The research mainly includes the following aspects:The first part explains the background of this study,explains the related concepts,and focuses on the research status quo of drug detoxification work at home and abroad,so as to lay the foundation for the following analysis and demonstration.The second part is based on the status quo of drug rehabilitation in Taizhou.Based on the investigation and study of community drug epidemic,we found out the existing problems of drug rehabilitation in Taizhou.The third part is based on the experience of other regions,based on the recommendations of Taizhou community detoxification model and countermeasures,so as to provide an effective reference for community drug rehabilitation system.The article puts forward solutions to the existing problems and plight of the community drug rehabilitation model in Taizhou.First,the government establishes and perfects a long-term mechanism for community drug rehabilitation.By innovating management methods,improving the management system,strengthening collaboration and work docking among departments,performance Improve the matching assessment and reward mechanisms to improve.Second,to enhance the enthusiasm of social organizations in participating in community drug rehabilitation:to play an important role in family drug rehabilitation in the community and to establish a specialized anti-drug social worker team to enhance the participation of social organizations,including establishing a specialized anti-drug social worker team and increasing the control of community drug addicts Strength.Lastly,it plays an important role in detoxification of families in the community.The family plays a fundamental role in drug rehabilitation,to provide scientific guidance and assistance to family members.Finally,it is necessary to promote communication and collaboration between the government,social organizations,and families to jointly promote community drug abuse to maximize its effectiveness.
