Approach Of Social Work's Involvement To Employment Services For The Disabled

With the in-depth development of the market economic system,the problem of employment difficulties for the disabled has become a serious obstacle to the equal participation of disabled people in social life.Solving the employment problem is an important part of solving the problem of the disabled returning to society.The use of professional social work methods to carry out the work of disabled people is of great significance to promoting the equal participation of disabled persons in social work.However,there are many problems in the actual intervention process,and it is necessary to explore more efficient service path.Based on the case,the paper analyzes the actual development of H social work organization involved in the employment service for the disabled.Summarizes the outstanding problems of the main body of the service object in the process of intervention,he deviation of employment service objectives,and Lack of multi-party participation.Therefore,this paper analyzes the employment service dilemma dominated by the single individual model of H social work organization.On the basis of the theory of social structure of society,according to the analysis of the problems and causes of H social work organization in the employment services for disabled persons,it shows that under the guidance of a single individual model or social model,the above-mentioned localization dilemma cannot be solved,thus introducing the integration model disability concept.The practical basis and advantage analysis of the integration model based on the Chinese localization context,applying the core values,concepts and connotations of the integrated concept of disability.That is,promote substantive and fair employment with the core goal of differential equality;Integrate professional services and community integrated governance services to promote multi-stakeholder participation;Strengthen the construction of professional talents in social work.
