In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,there are remarkable achievements of legal construction of education in China,and has basically established a legai system for socialist education with Chinese characteristics.In the field of the early childhood education,based on the Constitution and relying on the Education Law,the legal system of the early childhood education is established with administrative regulations,departmental rules and local early childhood education regulations.There are three stages of germination,formation and development in the research of policy and the law of early childhood education.It has become an important part of study on early childhood education and education law.Studying on the progress of research of early childhood education policies and regulations,systematically combing and summarizing them,it is a kind of academic self-consciousness in the study of early education policy and the law,and it is helpful to understand the advantages and disadvantages of early education policy and the law.Academic history is one of the symbols of academic consciousness and maturity.However,the academic history of the early childhood education is far from enough.It is necessary to strengthen the introspection on the study of policy and the law of early childhood education to improve the academic quality of the early childhood education.Collecting data through CNKI,national library of China,library of SiChuan province,library of China West Normal University,online bookstore,etc..Organizing and screening the literature,in this paper,the software such as SPSS 22.0 and Cite Space V.5.3.R4 were used for statistics.The research on the early childhood education policy and the law is analyzed from the perspective of knowledge producers,knowledge production institutions and knowledge production results.The characteristics of the research of early childhood education policy and the law are that the knowledge producers have gradually enhanced their strength,for the expansion of knowledge production scale and the enhancement of cooperation between producers and scientific research capabilities;the knowledge production institutions are more diversified,in addition to colleges and universities,there are also educational administrations,kindergartens,publishing houses and other institutions participate in the knowledge production;the knowledge production content and themes are gradually enriched,and the knowledge production and mode has changed from mode one to mode two.The shortcoming is that the knowledge producers of early childhood education policy and the law have not yet formed a stable core author group.The geographical distribution of knowledge production institutions is unbalanced,the content of knowledge production is too scattered,and the way of knowledge production is principally focus on “solve the problem”.In the future,knowledge production of the early childhood education policy and the law is expected to form a core knowledge producer.The base of legislation on education is to be the new site of the knowledge production of the early childhood education policy and the law.The research is to focus on the legislation of the early childhood education and family education.And the research is to focus on the "problem awareness" and "theoretical attributes" rather than simply respond.
