Based on the public attributes of early childhood education,early childhood education is one of the important manifestations of social welfare and educational equity,In the development of early childhood education,the government should assume the function of comprehensive management.The standardized development of the early childhood education market must rely on government supervision to ensure.With the continuous development of the political economy and society,as far as the world is concerned,most governments have changed their functions and provided good public services for young children and their families in various aspects such as legislation,finance,and scientific research to ensure the healthy development of early childhood education.As the times develop and competition intensifies,parents are becoming more aware of the importance of early childhood education for growth.It is the hope of more and more parents that children become younger and faster.This has led to the phenomenon of"grabbing" in education,allowing children in early childhood to bear the academic pressure that is not part of young children.Playtime is occupied by "primary school" courses such as reading,writing,and counting.This "primary school" tendency in early childhood education violates the basic laws of education and the characteristics of young children's physical and mental development,and will definitely affect the healthy growth of young children.In response to the increasingly serious tendency of "primary education" in early childhood education,the government has successively introduced measures to deal with it.However,"primary education" is still a persistent ill in the field of early childhood education.This article will mainly use the observation method,literature analysis method and experience summarization method to study,take Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,the current situation of the government's supervision and control of the"primary" preschool education in the region and the government.The specific methods of giving play to the functions of supervision and management are sorted out and summarized.From the perspectives of management mechanism,funding input,and education system,the role and significance of the government in the process of supervision of the "primary"tendency of early childhood education and its significance are explained.Observe and point out the shortcomings in the process of supervision.Based on this analysis,analyze the root cause of the lack of government supervision in the area of de-primary education in the region.In the particular case study analysis of tongliao city at the same time,this paper draws on more than the United States,Germany and other developed countries and other areas in China in the early childhood education to "primary school" advanced practice of government regulation,combining with the characteristics of tongliao city to the development of early childhood education and put forward to further strengthen tongliao city in the next practice preschool education to "primary school" of government regulatory Suggestions.
