Research On Government Behavior In The Development Of Private Colleges In Fujian

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up in 1987,Fujian's private colleges and universities have achieved great achievements after nearly forty years of development,but they still cannot conceal their poor management system,lack of funds for running schools,and autonomy in running schools.A series of deep-seated problems,such as not enough,and the nature of public welfare is not prominent enough.Most of the deep-seated problems that restrict the development of private colleges and universities in Fujian Province are external policy and environmental issues,which are closely related to the government's management of private colleges and universities.Therefore,in order to solve these problems,it is indispensable for the government to implement scientific management behaviors in the development of private colleges and universities in Fujian Province.This paper uses literature research method,normative analysis method,comparative analysis method and other research methods to analyze the basic content of government management behavior in the development process of private colleges and universities,analyze the basis of government management behavior,and explore the government's development process in private universities in Fujian Province.Positive role and choice of management behavior.On the basis of reviewing the evolution of management behavior in the development of private universities in Fujian Province,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the current management behavior of private universities in Fujian Province,and clarifies the reasons for the problems,and then summarizes the US government in private universities.The experience gained in management has drawn inspirations that will help optimize the management behavior of the developing government in private universities in Fujian Province.Finally,drawing on the management experience of the US government,it proposes to optimize Fujian Province from three aspects: formulating the classification management policy in line with the development of private colleges in Fujian,increasing the economic support for the development of private colleges and universities,and improving the supervision and management mechanism for the development of private colleges,the idea of optimizing the management behavior of the government in the development of private colleges in Fujian Province was put forward.
