Research On The Functions Of Local Government In The Teachers' Construction Of Quanzhou's Private Colleges

Underestimated in the education career of our country important support strength.However,in the development of private colleges is also facing many problems and challenges,such as loss of teachers,etc.Private colleges teaching staff is not stable,in addition to the problem of its own private colleges,aiming at the responsibilities of local government in the also nots allow to ignore.Due to the bondage of traditional ideas,the local government in the development of private colleges,especially in the role of the construction of teaching staff is not clear,lead to private colleges can't play very well autonomy,teaching staff is more and more unstable.Therefore,to study the role of local government to private university teaching staff construction is crucial,is the key point of the development of universities run by the local people and important factor.Taking Quanzhou four private colleges as research object,by using related theories and methods of public management,trying to private colleges based on the analysis of local government in power the problems and their causes in the construction of teaching staff,and then explore the local government in promoting private colleges teachers construction countermeasures.We believe that the current local government in the private universities exist the following problems in the construction of teaching staff,such as imperfect laws and regulations,the traditional control behavior of unreasonable,insufficient financial input,and the lack of administrative supervision,and to solve the above problems,from the external environment,government regulation,fiscal and regulatory tails.
