Village cadres are the leaders of village-level economic development,and all the work and orders of their superiors are overwhelming to village cadres,who bear the brunt of poverty alleviation,party building,building civilized villages,medical insurance,maintaining stability,changing the term of office,environmental protection and so on.A young and strong,competent village cadres,to accelerate the implementation of rural work occupies an important position.However,in the self-management of villagers,because there is no incentive system for village cadres,the salary of village cadres is generally less,the room for improvement is small and the work of village cadres is rather tiring.Therefore,few people want to serve as village cadres.In addition,many village cadres seek personal gains by taking advantage of their positions,failing to truly fulfill their duty of seeking profits for the villagers,and their ability to coordinate their work is relatively poor.All these lead to the slow progress of new rural construction in China,and the rural economy is difficult to improve.Therefore,it is one of the urgent problems to establish the incentive system for village cadres in the process of rural revitalization,improve the enthusiasm of village cadres and let more excellent people participate in the rural construction.This article from the management relevant theoretical knowledge of the village cadres incentive system,through on-the-spot investigation,comparative research and data analysis,aimed at motivating health theory and two-factor theory of village cadres incentive system in all aspects of research,finally achieve to enhance the enthusiasm of the village cadres,must make the management object of basic needs can be met at the same time,improve the satisfaction of management object and enthusiasm,to concentrate on the health care factors and incentive factors work together.Then,the author summarizes the current situation and main practices of the village cadre incentive system in quangang district,and studies the establishment of the current village cadre incentive system in quangang district and the reasons for the implementation of the incentive system for village cadres.In addition,the subject of this study is the implementation of the village cadre incentive system in cangnan county,zhejiang province.Finally,based on the "double factors" theoretical basis and research situation,proposed springs port shall pay special attention to the village cadres on the basis of health factors such as economic benefits,pension security,should pay attention to strengthen the village cadres of political promotion,assessment,skills training,the exchange's temporary incentive factors such as joint action,summarize the tease out comprehensively strengthen village cadres' incentive salary guarantee system,appraisal system,training system,promotion system and design the system and mechanism of combining the spirit of material incentives and conclusive countermeasures and Suggestions.
