It's a project of public feeling to close the relationship between the party and the masses.New media has become an extension of the real society with its rapid development,the party-masses relationship extending to the new media field goes with it.The new media provides a technical support to strengthen the party-masses relationship.Also the realistic situation and the theoretical development demand of the party-masses relationship put forward an urgent request for the application of the new media tools.Based on this,this paper studies the new connotation and characteristics,examines the outstanding problems,and analyzes the existing problems in the channels of the party-masses relationship in the new media era to contribute to the construction of harmonious party-masses relationship.Just a tool the new media is,along with the unique characteristics of deep integration of digitalization and popularization,decentralization and open user experience,instant and dynamic information transmission,personalized and diversified communication and interaction,it penetrates into all aspects of society,and provides new opportunities for closing party-masses relationship.Meanwhile,under the interaction between the main source,technical source and social origin,there are new problems such as the network chaos,"information cocoons" and "silent spiral" effect.These problems,due to the lack of quality and governance of leading cadres,have forced the Communist Party of China to face the challenge of new media.According to the new situation of party-masses relationship in the new media era,the CPC should take full consideration on the multiple functions of the main source,technological source and social root of the new media era.Measure should be taken to establish the ideology of joint administration,ram the technical foundation,promote the sharing of information resources,strengthen the sense of social responsibility and build harmonious party-masses relationship finally.
