A Spatio-temporal Study On Disaster Vulnerability Based On Complex Network

With the increasingly serious contradiction of society,resource and environment,recent 20 years have witnessed more and more disasters and the loss caused by them,which has made the whole world attach great importance to the disaster reduction and prevention.Under this background,since the disaster vulnerability has a great impact on functions and features of hazard-bearing body and can directly determine the loss,the disaster vulnerability has become the focus of the contemporary studies.Disaster vulnerability is the loss of the hazard-bearing body affected by a disaster.At present,the research priority is the assessment of the indicators of disaster vulnerability,which is relatively static and ignores the analysis of cascading failure and loss caused by the structural characteristics of vulnerability factors.Naturally,this paper does a further study and calculates the disaster vulnerability more accurately.Based on an extensive reading of previous literature,this paper summarizes the theory and the statistical characteristics of complex network in detail.According to the different characteristics of vulnerability factors,this paper introduces the complex network.With the analysis of network structure,this paper calculates the cascading failure and loss caused by the disaster.At the same time,through the analysis of the spatial relationship of the network nodes,it studies the losses of different positions as well as it develops a spatial analysis on disaster vulnerability.In addition,it takes the impact of time on vulnerability factors into consideration and implements the temporal analysis on disaster vulnerability.At last,by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process),this paper does a weighted calculation of different vulnerability factors and forms a spatio-temporal algorithm of disaster vulnerability,on the basis of which it then does an analog simulation with the help of Python to verify the scientificity and the practicalness of this algorithm.The study on the algorithm of disaster vulnerability is fairly significant to show the scientific evidence to the emergency resource reserves,which is the essence of emergency management.
