Farmers' Satisfaction With Rural Grassroots Governance And Its Influencing Factors

In view of the new requirements of the new era of rural grassroots governance,the Party Central Committee and State Council proposed the "Village Revitalization Strategy" in 2018,clarifying the strategic goal of "effective governance" and demanding the establishment of a new system of rural governance.The Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture is the center of the Yi culture in China.Its rural grassroots governance is different from other regions,and grassroots governance is more complicated.Therefore,the study of rural grassroots governance in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has important theoretical and practical significance.Taking the Q village of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of HeAi Tibetan Township as the research object,this paper applies the survey data of 307 households in the village by using the method of estimating the ordered logistic model to study the satisfaction and influence factor of the villagers on grassroots governance.First of all,the villagers' satisfaction with the village's grassroots management is evaluated as: 7.17% of “unsatisfied” and “not satisfied”,respectively “satisfied”,51.14%,and “very satisfied”,16.93%.The sum of the two types of evaluations is 68.07;it can be seen that the villagers have higher satisfaction with the village's grassroots governance.Secondly,the priority demand of the villagers for grassroots governance is: the ranking of “country roads” is the first,with a ratio of 70.68%;the demand for “compulsory education” is second,accounting for 67.43%;the demand for “healthcare” is the third,the proportion is 77.20%.Thirdly,the results of Logistic model analysis show that the factors affecting the villagers' satisfaction with grassroots management are: agricultural production facilities,rural roads,communication facilities,whether the village affairs are open,whether they have been candidates for village committees,and the pollution of domestic garbage,the first secretary's performance and responsibility,etc.;Among them,agricultural production facilities,rural roads,communication facilities,whether they have been candidates for the village committee,and The first secretary's performance are positively related to the villagers' evaluation of the satisfaction of the village's grassroots governance.And They are positively positive and will increase the probability of villagers' satisfaction with grassroots governance,and reduce the probability of villagers' dissatisfaction with grassroots management.The pollution of domestic garbage is negatively related to the satisfaction of grassroots governance in the village,and will increase the probability that the villagers will be dissatisfied with the grassroots management.The enlightenment from this study is that in order to further improve rural grassroots governance,improve grassroots governance,and improve villagers' recognition of rural grassroots governance,it is necessary to further improve the quality of life of villagers,increase investment in rural education,improve rural medical facilities,maintain rural roads,increase financial support and establish domestic garbage disposal stations.
