A Study On Residents' Satisfaction With Basic Public Services In Rural Areas Of Qinhuangdao City

The current stage is an important period for my country's development.As an important field in the development process,the countryside has a broad and deep foundation,and at the same time shoulders arduous and arduous tasks.Rural basic public services are a basic project in the process of rural development.Optimizing rural basic public services is a key step in improving the happiness index of rural life.It is an important measure to enhance the driving force of rural residents' production and life and an important part of rural revitalization..As a tourist-oriented city,Qinhuangdao's basic public services should be comprehensive.However,at this stage,the basic public services in rural areas are quite different from those in cities.Improving the basic public services in Qinhuangdao's rural areas will contribute to the improvement of the village's appearance,the happiness of residents' lives,and the sense of gain.Promotion has practical value and practical significance.Then starting from the perspective of residents living in rural areas of Qinhuangdao City,the current residents' satisfaction with the basic public services in rural areas of Qinhuangdao City and their main influencing factors are explored.On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the literature of predecessors at home and abroad,first,define the related concepts of public service,basic public service and rural basic public service in the article.Secondly,through combing related theories,predecessor scholars' literature and government policy documents,8 types of first-level indicators are selected,namely,rural public infrastructure,rural labor employment and entrepreneurship services,rural housing security,rural education quality,rural primary medical services,and rural public infrastructure.Social security,rural public cultural services and the ecological environment of rural human settlements.The 8 types of first-level indicators are refined into 18 second-level indicators as the starting point for the research on the satisfaction of rural residents of basic public services in Qinhuangdao City,and the questionnaire is designed and distributed.Thirdly,the current situation of basic public services in rural areas in Qinhuangdao is found through the statistical yearbook;the data obtained through questionnaire surveys are calculated by the weighted average method to obtain the satisfaction of the residents living in rural areas in Qinhuangdao with the basic public services in the local rural areas.Finally,through the selection and result analysis of the multiple orderly logistic regression model,six items of education level,dilapidated building renovation,housing security,education level and educational facilities,new rural social endowment insurance services,domestic garbage disposal methods,and ecological environment are obtained.The significance of the factors affects the residents' satisfaction with basic public services in rural areas of Qinhuangdao City.Based on the analysis results and combined with the actual situation of Qinhuangdao City,the Qinhuangdao City Government will improve the quality of basic public services in rural areas,increase the importance and service level of the Qinhuangdao City Government,promote the diversified supply of society,and establish and improve the farmers' demand feedback mechanism and supervision and evaluation.Starting from the four aspects of the system,it proposes to provide reasonable suggestions to improve the satisfaction of rural residents with basic public services.
