In administrative management of China,the policies related to official vehicles remains in a state of flux.Extensive management,high cost,and poor vehicle management are the characteristics of the official vehicles for the first few years.Though it turns that the application procedures of vehicle is reduced,management of vehicle is standardized and disposal of idle vehicles is reasonable.In the short term,many administrative units in China still have a large number of official vehicles which are managed in an old way.Facing with cumbersome problems,we have to utilize information technology.In the past,the inherent methods of managing vehicles could not solve the cumbersome problems that existed at present.Therefore,it is necessary to use informationization to solve these problems.In the background of official car,this paper studies and designs the official car system.The content of this paper includes: The development of the intelligent management system for official vehicles adopts the more popular waterfall model.The scheme is carried out according to the requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.In the demand analysis,this paper The characteristics of the analysis plan and the use case diagram for the application/management,positioning/monitoring control,resource compliance control,and control operation of the vehicle are determined.Taking the maintenance process of the vehicle and the scheduling steps of the vehicle as examples,This paper analyses and combs the business steps and processes of the system.When designing,the architecture of the system is a key point to be solved.Therefore,the architecture consists of three layers,seven large layers and two standard levels form the architecture of the system.There are the collection layer,the basic facility layer,the data and network layer,application and presentation layer,user layer and data in the data security control management system.At the same time,the implementation of the system technology should be solved.When the display layer debugging action in the system,the container import of MVC(Model View Controller)is utilized,and the foreground Ajax utilizes the HTTP post interface to turn the background service.The adjustments have been made,and the calls to the external system are also supported.In order to solve the problems in the design of the system function module,the timing design method and the class design method are used.In the test and implementation phases,the research and testing of the system and the specific molding environment are planned.We determine the specific data of the data,service layer and the front.A brief description of the implementation steps,specific interfaces of the vehicle application steps and its transaction management,monitoring and monitoring positioning and resource/operation management are given.After the test function,the user's specific interface,the access security and the control test are completed,this paper conducts compatibility testing.The test used the use case method,which not only show the final result of the test,but also performed statistical analysis.This system has been used in practice.After using the information management system of official vehicles and using the information management system of official vehicles,the standardized data system and data structure are supported,and the shared catalogue of data resources is unified.The system enables the whole process of official vehicle to be monitored online and the information of provinces,cities and counties can be interconnected.After the practical application of the system,the goal of informationization of official vehicles in organizational organs has been guaranteed,and the management and control of the daily actual situation of official vehicles in various organizational departments are more precise.Finally,there are more evidence and data as well as supporting analysis to promote the level of management and control of official vehicles,and the expenditure of using vehicles,the loss of violating regulations and the expenditure of management and control have been reduced.In a word,the official vehicle system improves the control and dispatching level for emergencies and the management and control ability of public affairs.
