The advent of the Internet era has brought about rapid changes,various types of software came into being.WeChat,as an instant communication software,It has been widely used by users and is one of the most influential applications.Based on this,because of the Party school teaching,scientific research and management of business and the fusion of information-based degree deepening,Taizhou Municipal Committee of the Party school library was the first opening of the Party school WeChat public in June 2014.Then the other Party schools have also begun to use WeChat public platform to carry out the new media era of the service work.Putting the Internet+ into traditional library services will help break through the limitations of traditional services,and it will create new opportunities for development and promote the development of the library sector.However,at present,the research of domestic scholars on the Party school library mainly focuses on characteristic database,digital development,library transformation and development,etc.,while few study the service capacity construction of the Party school library from the perspective of WeChat public service number.Based on the research on the influence factors of WeChat public account on the service ability of Party school library,this paper starts from the actual situation of the Party school library in Inner Mongolia,establishes a more comprehensive and brand-new service content system for the library WeChat public account,and improves the service ability of the library better.First of all,this paper combines theory with empirical evidence,based on the information system model,combined with the characteristics of the WeChat platform of the Party School Library,divides the information quality according to the two dimensions of comprehensiveness and timeliness,takes ease of use as the dividing standard of the system quality,and subdivides the service quality according to the two dimensions of individuality and interaction.Through the research and analysis of the existing theoretical basis,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of this study,and conducts an empirical study on the teaching staff and training personnel of the Party school.Then,330 questionnaires were distributed by means of questionnaires to collect and collect data.After obtaining 300 valid data,firstly use SPSS17.0 for descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and then use AMOS21.0 to analyze the structural equation model.Through empirical analysis,the WeChat public account will be served to the party school library service.A relationship model of capacity impact.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,based on the development status of WeChat in Party school library,combined with the regional characteristics of Inner Mongolia,the corresponding development suggestions are proposed from four aspects:information quality,system quality,service quality and publicity promotion.This research enriches the theoretical research on the WeChat field of the Party School Library and provides relevant theoretical and empirical guidance for the better development of the WeChat service of the Party School Library.
