| China is the world’s first major producer of coal,whether it is social development,or the growth of the national economy,the most important basis is coal resources.Not only that,for the coal industry,it is also the industry with the most serious casualty accidents in the industrial production process,with a high accident rate.Every year,6000-7000 people die due to coal mine accidents,no matter the number of deaths,or one million tons of deaths,which is far higher than other major coal producing countries.Therefore,it can be seen that mining accident is a major problem to be solved urgently.This paper analyzes the coordination and linkage mechanism of mine emergency disposal in China and puts forward corresponding optimization Suggestions.Based on the introduction of the research background.This paper expounds the background of the research on the coordination and coordination mechanism optimization of coal mine disaster emergency disposal in China and the current research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the main research contents,ideas and methods.Then the concept and theory of the coordinated linkage mechanism with emergency management are summarized,and the connotation,content,characteristics and functions of the coordinated linkage mechanism are pointed out.This paper expounds the objective and realistic conditions of the government emergency management coordination linkage mechanism,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis of this paper.Combined with the analysis of the current situation,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the emergency coordination and linkage mechanism in China’s coal mines.On this basis,the paper puts forward a detailed optimization scheme for the emergency coordination and linkage mechanism of China’s coal mine disasters.Finally,according to the optimization plan,provide some guidance for the follow-up work,so as to ensure the feasibility and scientific rationality of the optimization plan.For China’s coal mining enterprises,safety problems keep emerging,that is,frequent coal mine accidents,which will bring more serious social harm,but also bring huge losses to the state and group property.Therefore,it is of certain significance to further optimize the coordination and linkage mechanism of coal mine emergency response. |
