The Design And Implementation Of Rural Village Information Disclosure Platform

China is a unique super-agricultural country in the world.The rural population accounts for one-fifth of the country's population.Rural development plays a vital role in China's overall development.With the rapid development of China's economy and the popularity of mobile Internet in recent years,3G,4G and other network technologies have covered every corner of China,and traditional functional phones have been completely replaced by smart phones.As of the preliminary statistics for 2016,the number of smart phones has exceeded 300 million in rural areas,accounting for 30% of the total number of smart phones in China.Such a new mobile Internet environment brings new opportunities for the development of the rural economy and information platform construction.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the current situation and existing problems of village affairs disclosure,and clarifies the importance and necessity of the construction of village affairs information disclosure platform.Then,according to the investigation,the needs analysis objectives are determined,and the technical route of village affairs information disclosure is determined.Finally,the platform system design and development test work is finished.Java technology is used to develop mobile app on Eclipse tools,and SQL Server technology is used to store data.The system mainly realizes eight functional modules of village affairs notice announcement,mass vote,mass collective activities,opinion exchange,information consultation and sharing,information activity recommendation,village financial disclosure,village situation investigation,realizing the informationization of village affairs disclosure.The construction of the rural village information disclosure platform and the integration of "Internet +" and "Sunshine Village Affairs" is of great significance for the development of village affairs activities,which is conducive to promoting the disclosure of village affairs information and the democracy construction of villagers organization and helps rural development.Figure 32;Table 22;Reference 42...
