On The Legal Dilemma Of Supervising And Restricting The Supervision Committee And Improvement

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the determination and strength of the party Central Committee and the state to punish corruption and corruption have never been achieved before,and a series of unprecedented achievements have been achieved.The people's attention to anti-corruption work has been continuously improved.In particular,the supervisory committee arising from the reform of the state supervision system is a new state organ with high political status and heavy power.If the power of supervision is too large and too concentrated,and the external and internal effective supervision and control are lost,the power of supervision may be anti-corruption.The sword of justice is transformed into a part of the source of corruption.If this is the case,it deviates from the original intention of the supervision system reform and the establishment of the supervision committee.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the supervision and control of the anti-corruption agency,the supervisory committee.The author relies on the work experience of the party's disciplinary inspection organs,the supervision bureau,the supervision committee to investigate the education and prevention of corruption,and uses a large number of Chinese and foreign works,papers and other documents as a reference for the supervision and control of the supervision committee.The content is intensively read,aggregated and analyzed,combined with China's current laws and departmental regulations,and at the same time,through analysis of the experience of the supervisory authorities in three countries and regions such as Sweden,Singapore and Hong Kong,the status is analyzed theoretically.According to the problem of correcting and controlling the laws,regulations and institutional mechanisms,we will realize the rule of law and standardization of the supervision and control of the supervision committee,prevent the abuse of the power of the supervision committee,promote the rule of law against corruption,protect human rights,and promote the full rule of law.
