| Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's economy and society have undergone extensive and profound changes.Along with the current "new normal" of China's economic development,a series of social problems have become increasingly prominent.Among them,the contradiction in the field of urban housing demolition has become a major problem that has plagued local party committees and governments,and is also a prominent problem in the work of letters and visits.one.As the staff of the prefecture-level municipal law department,the author often contacts the petition and visits to maintain the stability,and has more contact with the contradictions in the field of urban housing demolition.On the one hand,it is easier to obtain the first-hand information of relevant research,on the other hand,it can fully Combined with the author's personal work,he chose the abnormal petition in the field of urban housing demolition as the research direction of his master's thesis.In this paper,the author comprehensively analyzes the internal motivations of the illegal forms of the non-regular petitions selected by the expropriated households to defend their rights from multiple angles,and takes the non-visiting behavior of the HNCD cross-river tunnel project as an example,and briefly introduces its main non-intervention.Interviews and requests,as well as the results of the game between the demolished and the local governments,and a series of thoughts.The ultimate goal of this paper is still to hope that through in-depth study of this social phenomenon,it will eventually lead to further workpractice.In this paper,the author starts by exploring the mechanism of local government's response to abnormal petitions,discusses the internal reasons for its behavior choices,and analyzes the reasons for the high non-accessibility of urban housing demolition,and proposes to further improve and improve the work in the field of demolition.Suggestions,this is also the significance of this study. |
