Social Work Intervention Study On Cases Of House Demolition Petition

In recent years,along with large-scale urban expansion and old city reconstruction,there have been a large number of house demolition disputes,and some cities have even happened serious mass petitions.The issue of house demolition petition has become more serious.House demolition petition cases involve a wide range of aspects,and are difficult to coordinate,which have become the key and difficult issues in various petition cases.At present,the petition department has no effective way to alleviate the problem of house demolition petition.In recent years,F city has introduced professional social work to intervene in house demolition petition cases and it is to some extent pioneering and innovative.This study takes the F city house demolition petitioners as the research object.Based on game theory,this study uses the methods of literature review,interview and observation to conduct an exploratory study on the social work intervention in house demolition petition cases.In general,this study includes three parts:First,it combines existing research with semi-structured interviews with 10 petitioners to analyze the causes,characteristics,problems and appears of petitioners in F city.It also discusses the advantages and methods of social work intervention in house demolition petition cases from the theoretical level.Second,it uses task center model to intervene in case of house demolition petition,helping petitioners to seek reasonable interest compensation,alleviate family conflicts,ease bad feelings,and promote community integration.It is concluded that social work has some effect on the cases of house demolition petition through the evaluation of practical resultsFinally,it reflects on the work stance,work effect,work content,work mechanism and professionalism of the social work intervention in house demolition petition cases,so as to provide some experience for the future study.
