As of 2018,the “5.12” earthquake in Wenchuan has been going on for a decade,and the livelihood of the people affected by the disaster has always been concerned by the academic circles.The Nanbaoshan Township Resettlement Area is the only complete migration site for the Yi people after the earthquake.It is a good observation point.First of all,as a case of resettlement due to disasters,the Nanbaoshan resettlement site has gathered resources from all walks of life,and has received great attention from the State Council and the provincial government.With the help of the government and the community,the livelihood status of the resettlement site has received much attention.Secondly,as a The resettlement sites of ethnic minorities have become the focus of humanities and social studies in the study of their living conditions,social conditions,economic conditions,and cultural conditions in the new social and cultural environment.So far,the Yi people have been relocated to the Nanbaoshan resettlement site for more than 8 years.In the past 8 years,the livelihood status of the Yi immigrants,how is the adaptation situation,and whether the short-term resettlement livelihood is sustainable,we all need issue concerned.Based on the relevant qualitative literature research,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method,the participation observation method and the in-depth interview method,and specifically compares the resettlement sites of Muti Village,Zhitai Village and Jinhua Village in Nanbaoshan resettlement site before and after the resettlement.Livelihood status,after 8 years of resettlement,with the help and support,what progress has been made in the livelihood of resettlement areas;statically describe the current situation of livelihood capital,livelihood strategies and livelihood achievements of ethnic minority immigrants,and dynamically compare earthquakes Changes in livelihood capital,livelihood strategies and livelihood achievements of ethnic minority immigrants before and after the occurrence,specifically through the comparison of the livelihoods of Jinhua Village(Han Nationality Village),Muti Village and Zhitai Village(Yi Village)What are the specialities in the process of resettlement of livelihoods in different places,and analyze the main problems faced by ethnic immigrants and their causes.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Through the comparison of the livelihood capitals of the five resettlement villages,it is found that the resettlement villages of different ethnic minorities have certain disadvantages in terms of livelihood capital relative to non-minority villages;(2)after eight years of resettlement,two minority The livelihood status of ethnic resettlement villages has been significantly improved;(3)According to the survey and analysis of the livelihood status of ethnic minority immigrants in resettlement sites,it is found that the livelihood status of local minority immigrants still exists in industry,labor skills,immigrant income,infrastructure,Insufficient five aspects of cultural inheritance;(4)Insufficient interest linkage mechanism,low quality of human capital,weak support policies,insufficient capital investment,and difficulty in changing the living habits of villagers are the causes of these problems;(5)as a minority In order to resettle villages in different places,we must pay attention to the inheritance and development of traditional national culture.According to the problems found,this paper also proposes the livelihood transformation strategies of industry,education,infrastructure construction,support mechanism and culture in order to achieve sustainable development in the future.
