Study On The Impact Of Relocation To Poverty Alleviation On Farmers’ Livelihood And Its Countermeasures

Poverty alleviation and relocation is based on a lot of research and thinking about the poverty problem in our country.Through relocation,the poverty alleviation method that solves the deep poverty in concentrated contiguous poverty-stricken areas.This poverty alleviation method aims to solve the future by changing the original lifestyle and livelihood.The shortcomings of lack of development factors and weakness,to achieve sustainable development.This article takes the relocated farmers as the research object,conducts in-depth research according to the research idea of "proposing a problemanalyzing a problem-solving a problem",and proposes and analyzes the problem based on the theory of sustainable livelihoods,using the energizing theory of social work and the social support network theory To solve the problem.This paper collects data through questionnaire surveys and interview research methods,and indicates the current status of the livelihood capital of relocated farmers through data analysis,and clarifies the problems of sustainable livelihoods of relocated farmers.The study found that after the relocation,the farmers ’livelihood capital was reconstructed to a certain extent,and the farmers’ sustainable livelihoods faced dilemmas.The dilemmas mainly included limited natural capital stocks,physical capital remains weak,social capital was idle,human capital was basically stagnated,financial There is a severe lack of capital.Then,I deeply analyze the causes of the livelihood dilemma,which include the new vulnerability background,lack of endogenous motivation,policy lag and lack of social support.Finally,this paper proposes the intervention design of social work in combination with the professional theory of social work.This article believes that the advantages of professional social work can be used to solve problems.First,social workers must increase the energy of relocated farmers to solve the problem of insufficient internal motivation.The main contents of energy increase are four points:(1)Improve the employment of relocated farmers Skills(2)Improve the educational level of the relocated farmers(3)Improve the health of the relocated farmers(4)Improve the social communication ability of the relocated farmers;Second,social workers should help the relocated farmers strengthen the social support network to solve the insufficient input of external resources Issues,including seeking government support,strengthening community support,developing social support and introducing social organization support.This two-way combination of internal and external mechanisms helps to achieve the goal of "being secure and able to develop" for poverty alleviation and relocation.
