Precision Management In JJ Town Petition Work Applied Research

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the social contradictions in rural areas have become increasingly prominent.In addition to the traditional "agriculture,rural areas and farmers " issue,various new demands and contradictions have emerged.The township petition department has borne the brunt,and the pressure to maintain stability has multiplied.The traditional method of interviewing has not been able to meet the requirements of the masses,and the satisfaction rate of the masses to the petition work is low.How to use limited resources,quickly and properly answer questions for the masses,and maintain social stability,it is particularly important.This thesis takes Zhangcheng JJ Town as an example,combining the author's own work reality,through in-depth grassroots research,visits,discussion,It has been concluded that the JJ town's petition work mainly has problems such as large number of petitions,many unstable factors,deviations in the staff's ideological understanding,and irregularities in basic work at the grassroots level.These problems are mainly caused by the solidification of the complaint reporting work management,the imperfect post responsibility system,the lack of detailed performance evaluation,and the lack of smooth communication and coordination.On this basis,the author tries to use the concept and method of fine management to provide accurate guidance for the petitioners to "do the right thing" and "do the right thing" by systematizing,refining and standardizing the rules,thus improving the efficiency of the work.Strive for high satisfaction from the masses.In the specific implementation of fine management,the author first demonstrated the fine management in JJ town petition work through SWOT analysis,and believed that the advantage of fine management in JJ town petition work is greater than the disadvantage.(a)Have realistic needs for implementation and the possibility of success;Afterwards,this paper starts with the optimization of the petition work flow,the standardization construction of the petition work,and the standardization construction,and designs and constructs the fine management of the petition work in JJ Town.In addition,the meticulous management of infrastructure construction,business work flow,system construction,service concept,letter and visit team construction,and target assessment are taken as the key to advance the practice of fine management in JJ town's letter and visit work.Finally,by comparing the results of the two questionnaires before and after the implementation of the refined management and the basic indicators of the petition service,it is concluded that applying the refined management to the township petition service will help to improve the efficiency of the petition service and enhance the satisfaction of the people with the petition service.It has a certain reference function to the innovation of township petition work mode.
