An Research To Enhance China's International Discourse Power In The New Era

As an important way to safeguard national interests and enhance a country's international image,the right of international discourse has become the focus of the daily game of sovereign countries in the international community.China is also in the "big game" for international discourse right.Since the eighteenth congress,the new Central Leading Group,with General Secretary Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to the promotion of China's international discourse power.The 19 th communist party congress clearly pointed out,"The entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era means that the Chinese nation,which has suffered a long time since modern times,has ushered in a great leap from standing up,becoming rich to becoming strong",One of the important symbols of the Chinese nation's strengthening in the new era is the corresponding promotion of China's international discourse.In the new era,the promotion of China's international discourse power will not only help to correctly explain China's peaceful development path,strive to eliminate international misunderstandings and conflicts,and vigorously safeguard China's legitimate national interests,but also exert tremendous influence on actively carrying out international friendly cooperation and promoting world peaceful development.In view of the promotion of China's international discourse power in the new era,this paper comprehensively uses various research methods to analyze the problems and challenges faced by China's international discourse power in the new era,and strives to explore the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance China's international discourse power in the new era.The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.This paper briefly outlines the objective and significance of topic selection,combs the research status at home and abroad,introduces the research methods and innovations,and on this basis shows the logical starting point of this study.The second chapter clarifies the relevant theories of international discourse power and the "new era".It mainly defines the concept of discourse power and international discourse power,analyzes the components of international discourse power,and further traces the theoretical sources of discourse power.In addition,it explains the logical relationship between the new era and the promotion of China's international discourse power,emphasizing that the new era establishes new coordinates,provides new impetus and creates new conditions for the development of China's international discourse power.Chapter three analyses thedevelopment of China's international discourse power in the new era.It briefly describes the development of China's international discourse power,focusing on the challenges and problems faced by improving China's international discourse power in the new era.Chapter four is the focus of this paper,which focuses on the rational choice of the promotion of China's international discourse power in the new era.
