Study On The Effect Of Child Welfare Index From The Perspective Of Social Work

In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly and the people's living standards have continued to improve.However,children,as a special group in society,still have many prominent problems.The research on the welfare of children in the academic circles has also increased.In 2007,the Ministry of Civil Affairs proposed the development direction of China's social welfare from “complementary deficiency” to “appropriate inclusive”,which marked the new direction of the development of children's welfare in China.The focus of research has gradually shifted from child survival to multiple levels.The important role of child development in social development has shifted the focus of more scholars and policy makers to the overall level of how to improve child welfare.In recent years,foreign studies on child welfare centered on the “Children's Welfare Index” and launched a comprehensive measurement of various aspects of children's indicators,thus affecting social policy orientation and promoting the development of child welfare.Although China's research on the child welfare index is still shallow,the research on the welfare index of other levels has already begun in China,which also reflects the fact that the welfare index itself is embodied in China.Therefore,the study of the child welfare index is at this stage.It is especially necessary.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the children's welfare index and the calculation of China's child welfare index by targeting children aged 0-15 in the CFPS survey.According to the influencing factors of the Child Welfare Index,combined with the foreign mature research cases in this aspect and the children in the large-scale social survey in China,the index system of China's child welfare index was constructed.The article also focuses on the calculation model of the Child Welfare Index,through which the Child Welfare Index score can be calculated.In addition,through the analysis of the child welfare index of various provinces in China,the countermeasures and suggestions for the oil sales enterprises to improve the employee happiness index are finally proposed.These findings can provide a reference for the development of social policies for children in order to improve the children's welfare index in China and contribute to the advancement of children's welfare in China.
