Research On The Ways Of Enhancing The Credibility Of Local Government From The Perspective Of Network Public Opinion

The rapid development of Internet helps the promotion of public opinion field of the network platform.In the Internet age,citizens' opinion can be conveyed more conveniently and quickly through the internet,which is conducive to the expression of citizens ' political views.But in the meantime,the opinions are always mixed with voices of contrary,leading the public opinion to the negative situation and bringing challenges to the governance of local governments,also affecting the credibility of local governments.In recent years,local governments have paid more and more attention on the influence of Internet public opinion to the credibility of the government.They have begun to actively change their administrative concepts,strengthen their attention and responsiveness to Internet public opinion,actively improve the construction of government official websites and develop the new political media,increase more public communication channels.To actively interact with each other,and promote the development of local government's credibility to a positive way.However,through the observation of the popular network public opinion events in recent years,we can find that once the negative network public opinion erupts,there still remains some problems in the public opinion governance,as the reflection spends too long,low sensitivity of public opinion,inadequate response ability of the government,improper handling of public opinion,etc.To discuss these problems theoretically is an important subject of administrative management.In my opinion,the influence of network public opinion on the credibility of local governments is like a double-edged sword.We should try our best to stimulate its positive value and avoid its negative impact.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of the development of network public opinion,review the most popular topics of network public opinion in recent years,try to catch the highlights and also the problems.Further,try to find the reasons for the weakening of government credibility from the local government itself,citizen factors and the impact of the network environment.Network public opinion has brought new challenges to the developing of public trust for the local governments.Based on the analyzed reasons for the weakening of the public trust,this paper offers some suggestions to enhance the local governments credibility: by improving laws and regulations,strengthening interaction,promoting information disclosure,raising the standard of public service,standardizing the use of public power and purifying the environment of network.Try to find a good way to improve the local government credibility.
