| Pork products occupy a significant proportion in the daily consumption institutions of Chinese residents,and are one of the main edible agricultural products in people's lives.In recent years,due to the volatility of pork prices,the emergence of diseased pork,waterflooded pork,lean pork and other pork problems has seriously threatened the safety of the people's table.As a traditional economic development mode in the field of food processing in China,the lack and deficiency of supervision in pig slaughtering directly affects the life and health of consumers,and poses an important test for the sustainable economic development and social stability construction of our country.Since 2005,the management of pig slaughter in Guangzhou has been taken over by the industry and Commerce department,and handed over to the agricultural department in 2014.Since the agricultural department took over the management of pig slaughtering,it has played an active role and advantages,continuously strengthened the supervision of pig slaughtering links,intensified the inspection and law enforcement,and maintained a high pressure on illegal pig slaughtering activities.Under the correct leadership of municipal government and the joint efforts of agricultural departments at all levels,the meat quality in pig slaughtering links is basically safe.However,in today's increasingly severe food safety situation,there are still many problems in the supervision of pork quality,especially in the field of pork slaughtering.Therefore,optimizing the supervision mechanism of pig slaughtering in Guangzhou has a strong practical significance for improving the efficiency of administrative supervision of pig slaughtering,ensuring the quality safety and supply stability of pig meat in the slaughtering process,promoting sustainable economic development and maintaining social stability.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literature and on-the-spot investigation,this paper makes a thorough study on the optimization of pig slaughter supervision mechanism in Guangzhou by means of literature analysis,comparative analysis and mathematical analysis.Taking the supervision mechanism of pig slaughter in P District of Guangzhou as the research object,drawing on the successful experience of other cities in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the supervision mechanism of pig slaughter from the perspective of public management,and put forward the Optimization Countermeasures of the supervision mechanism of pig slaughter in Guangzhou: paying attention to government management Scientific decision-making,strengthening the collaborative management of pig slaughtering departments,building an interactive platform of intelligent information on supervision,improving the construction of supervision and law enforcement team system,and strengthening industry self-discipline and self-development. |
