Food is the material basis of human survival and development of the most basic,food safety, the health of the masses, the country’s sustained economic and healthydevelopment of harmonious and stable social order. With the scientific andtechnological progress and people’s living standards improve, the type of food isincreasingly growing number of food insecurity. Today, food safety issues havebecome the focus of one of the issues of global concern. Borne diseases caused by theingestion of toxic andhazardous substances, the overall incidence of various diseases,to become one of theworld’s most extensive health problems.The Shuanghui of "lean" event, for example, by drawing, compared to somedeveloped countries, food safety regulatory system and management experience, toexplore the factors affecting the food security of China’s meat,to identify food safety in China’s meat regulatory loopholes,simultaneous analysis of aloophole in the deep-seated reasons of meat food safety regulatory system suitable forChina, in theory, and thus targeted.
