China has a large number of disabled people.According to the second national sample survey of disabled people, there are more than 83 million disabled people, accounting for6.34% of the total population, involving more than 260 million families.Disabled people are a large number of vulnerable groups with special needs and prominent difficulties.Concern, concern and care for the disabled, provide welfare for the disabled, and truly realize the "equality, participation and sharing" of the disabled are the responsibilities and obligations of all sectors of society, and the only way to achieve the "inclusive health" of the disabled.Among them, the development of social work for the disabled is an effective intervention method to provide help and improve welfare for the disabled.Different causes of disability lead to different needs of different disabled people. To meet the needs of disabled people and solve the problem of disabled people is of great theoretical and practical significance for solving the imbalance of development, improving relevant mechanisms and policies, and promoting regional complementary social progress. From the perspective of social support theory, this paper explores the path of social work intervention in the "inclusive health" of disabled people.Firstly, using the method of literature research, this paper tries to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current research in the field of disabled people's health, grasp the status quo of disabled people's health at home and abroad and the needs of disabled people, analyze the extent of social support to achieve "inclusive health" for disabled people, and study the function of social work in social support.Secondly, through unstructured interviews and case analysis,we find the main needs and problems of disabled people, and then try to explore the multiple paths of planning social work intervention to achieve "inclusive health" of disabled people from the aspects of social support network, social work intervention,third-party support motive force and moral construction. Finally,it concludes that social support, social work involvement,third-party support, moral construction and other paths have positive effects on the realization of "inclusive health" for the disabled, and makes a multi-disciplinary intervention and improvement of policy support research prospects.
