Social Work Counseling Intervention Army Recruits

The psychological problem of military recruits is a problem that is easily ov erlooked.In recent years,with the complexity of the interests of the structure an d the diversification of values,the psychological problems of army recruits are e merging,and the army is also used in the ideological and political education,pr opaganda and mobilization,psychological counseling and other ways to educate r ecruits to ease the psychological pressure of recruits.From the perspective of so cial work,the social work method is introduced into the case study of recruits p sychological counseling,the S A and B two are selected as the research object,the research object is analyzed,the individual situation,the psychological state,t he design and the preparation of counseling,the psychological counseling,B and A two are improved.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,whic h discusses the purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research situation,res earch ideas and methods of this paper.The second part introduces the definition and the current situation of the psychological guidance system,introduces the co ncept and classification of the psychological guidance system,the performance of psychological problems,the current situation and the existing problems.The thir d part is about the value and the way of social work involved in the recruits' p sychological counseling,and analyzes the value and advantage,the way and the method of the social work involved in the recruits' psychological counseling.The fourth part of the case,select the S A,B two small comrades as the research object,analyzes the case of the basic situation,the case of the main psychologic al problems,develop a case of service plan,do a good job in the case of a su mmary of the assessment.In the fifth part,the conclusion,summed up the reaso ns for the main case change,casework intervention effect of recruits,and study t he problems and prospects.Hope that through the social work involved in the st udy of recruits psychological counseling,to provide a new perspective for recruit s psychological counseling,a strong impetus to the development of recruits ment al health counseling.Mental status changes because the role of the subjective factor inherent in many aspects,both external objective changes in the environment caused by psyc hological changes,there will,emotion,personality and other.Intervention methods developed by social work counseling,S units A,B two young comrades psychological problems has been improved,thanks to the effectiveness of social work methods,relevance,professionalism,thanks to the work plan properly and put in place specific services,so that two comrades timely scientific counseling help.Practice has proved that the working methods of social work in cases of psychol ogical problems intervene recruits counseling is very effective.Although the A,B S two comrades just two ordinary recruits in the army,but their psychological problems are universal,representing many 90 recruits mental state,the use of s ocial work methods can effectively solve these problems.
