Study On Government Behavior In Poverty Alleviation Work In Quanzhou

Over the past 40 years since reform and opening up,China has embarked on a path of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics.The number of people living in poverty has been decreasing and per capita income has been increasing.According to statistics,in the past five years,the Chinese government has submitted an answer sheet to the satisfaction of the Chinese people,with the number of poverty-stricken people exceeding 13 million each year.In Quanzhou,for example,192,200 people were lifted out of poverty from 2012 to 2017.The per capita disposable income of farmers in the city increased from 11915 RMB in 2012 to 18,606 RMB in 2017.Substantial results were achieved in poverty alleviation.But at the same time,the work of poverty alleviation has also entered the critical period of tough bones and fortifications.At present,there are 64,568 impoverished households in Quanzhou city.There is still a lot of work to be done before 2020 to achieve the goal of stabilizing poverty alleviation.It can be concluded that in the context of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,strengthening the role of the government in poverty alleviation work and exploring and researching long-acting mechanisms and solutions will be of great significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In Quanzhou as the research object,based on the government behavior research,supported by public management theory,using case analysis,qualitative analysis,literature research,etc.,find the current lack of poverty alleviation work in the government behavior or does not reach the designated position,analysis the reasons behind the problem,and by comparison with cases and experience for reference,to poverty alleviation work in Quanzhou city government behavior optimization Suggestions and strategies for reference.
