The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Grassroots Government's Poverty Alleviation Work In Rural Areas

The idea of poverty alleviation put forward by China in the new era is the basic premise of realizing the "Chinese dream" and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Poverty alleviation is one of the core contents of government work.As a major theoretical innovation made by China in poverty control,it is an important part of the new concept of governance of the Party Central Committee.Since the implementation of poverty alleviation,through the unremitting efforts of governments at all levels,China's rural poverty has improved significantly.However,there are still some problems in the work of poverty alleviation in rural areas.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problems and Countermeasures of grass-roots government in rural poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into four parts.The introduction clarifies the purpose and significance of this study,the research status at home and abroad,the main content of the study and the main problems to be solved,research methods and innovations.The first chapter elaborates on the theories and policies of the grass-roots government in the related fields of poverty alleviation,especially the relevant theories of Xi Jinping's poverty alleviation.The second chapter discusses the positioning of grass-roots government in rural poverty alleviation work,the achievements and problems of rural poverty alleviation work.There are some problems in the poverty alleviation work of the grass-roots government,such as the deviation of poverty object identification,the weak awareness of policy implementation,the low enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the poverty alleviation work,and the inadequate implementation of poverty alleviation funds.The third chapter further describes the countermeasures to improve the rural poverty alleviation work of the grass-roots government,through strengthening the scientific planning of the poverty alleviation work,comprehensively implementing the relevant policies of the rural poverty alleviation work,and strictly supervising the rural poverty alleviation work.The relevant theoretical research believes that it can help the grass-roots government to perform its duties and transform its functions in rural poverty alleviation.
