Postion Trajectory Data Mining Applications In Public Security Work

In recent years,with the "smart city" and mobile Internet technology continues advancing,the growing of satellite communications,wireless sensing,networking,intelligent terminals,mobile communications and mobile positioning technology.People are enjoying the convenience of anytime,anywhere.Each activity is producing a trajectory,leaving the "digital footprints."In the era of big data,to optimize and refine data mining technology,widely used in various fields,are scholars and experts to study the important issues.Trajectory data mining is an important area of emerging development.Research on the location of trajectory data has been concerned by many experts and scholars.Trajectory data mining has become an important direction of data mining.Based on the application of location services has become a major industry in the information field in twenty-first Century。Many industries have been carried out on the basis of the traditional industries,such as catering,hotel,advertising,public transportation,property management,public service,and other traditional industries,such as Internet,instant messaging,mobile business applications,micro business,etc.For the traditional public security investigation method,the arrest of criminal suspects,rely on a lot of on-site technical investigation.Through the crime scene fingerprints、footprints、hair and other traces to determine the identity of the suspect information.How to restore the crime process,to infer the direction and position of the fugitive,and then arrest.This traditional detection method not only consume a large number of police,material and financial resources,the effect is more and more not ideal.Since 2006,the public security to promote the "intelligence and information," leading the concept of the police,a large number of information system construction.But in the era of big data is king,the public security work need to be based on the analysis and utilization.The data mining of the "digital footprints" is a new breakthrough to the public security.How to effectively use the "digital footprints",how to carry on the analysis of the judgments,crime prevention,grasp the true identity of the suspect,and combined with the actual location of implementation of the arrest,is an urgent to in the public security information.Based on the big data platform,this paper studied the location trajectory data mining techniques and applications,analyses the location trajectory data acquisition technology,query and index technology,similarity clustering and cycle pattern mining,frequent pattern mining such as data mining technology.Combining trajectory analysis application of criminal case investigation and suspects trajectory found that studies a set of criminal investigation of the location of the trajectory analysis system,solve the location track multiple source collection,query index,using the method of clustering to identify suspect activity trajectory in common.Through digging out a joint crime personnel,field and class suspect,based on the method of analysis found that the suspect,submitting a case to find out the suspect for the test application.Preliminary can meet the job requirements,improve the efficiency of criminal case investigation.
