With highly developed knowledge economy,individuals play an increasingly important role in the organization.Personal career development has a close relationship with career satisfaction.Civil servants are representatives of the state and have a significant influence on quality of social services.Thus discussing about career satisfaction of civil servant has practical significance.Domestic research of civil servant career satisfaction is still at a primary stage while oversea researchers had already reached some academic achievements.This research summarized predecessors' research results through sorting and reading.Standing at the points of organizational identity theory(identity,value identity,a sense of belonging identity)and working theory of embedded to analysis the influence factors of career development.Exploring career development internal influence mechanism and building a career development model to test impact on job satisfaction from organizational identification and job embedded.The key research method of this research is empirical study method.It has investigated 400 civil servants with questionnaire,and analyzed feedback data with SPSS21.0 and Amos20.0 as scientific approach.And get the following results:Firstly,Career Development can be divided into subjective career development and objective professional development.Objective career development includes two dimensions: perceived internal marketability and perceived external marketability.Secondly,organizational identity theory includes identity,value identification and sense of belonging.Organizational identification affects the career development in these three dimensions.Thirdly,job embeddedness affects career development in a different perspective.
