Community correction education is the most important core link in the community correction system.It is a systematic education impact activity for community correction agencies to change the bad psychological and behavioral habits of the prisoners in the community and promote their re-socialization.The education,psychological correction,behavior correction,community service and other activities carried out by the community inmates are organized.However,for a long time,the practice of community correction education has some practical problems,such as the lack of professionalism,the content design,the relatively simple use of methods,and the difficulty in assessing the effect,and so on.The core reason lies in the lack of a clear guiding philosophy and the scientific mechanism based on it experience.Extraterritorial community corrections proceed from the philosophical,sociological,and psychological connotations of community correction education.After long-term development,they established the scientific theory of damage repair and formed a mature supporting mechanism around the damage repair theory.The practical problems in China's community correction education reflect the lack of understanding of the concept of damage repair.Therefore,the four concepts of “standard repair,personality recovery,damage compensation,and order recovery” advocated by the damage repair theory should be integrated into the community correction education research.An open,socialized and multi-layered model of damage-repairing correction education to form a set of scientific,systematic,and efficient community correction education system to further improve China's community correction education system,in order to implement a security-oriented security concept and build socialism.A harmonious society and the rule of law provide a strong institutional guarantee.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly introduces the practical problems of the community correction education system in our country.There are some outstanding problems such as the lack of professionalism in the community correction education,the content design in the forms,the relatively simple use of the methods,and the difficulty in assessing the effects.The second part mainly discusses the innovation of community correction education model from the perspective of damage repair,including the first to explain the theoretical connotation of community correction education,and then proposes the background,theoretical origin,basic connotation and basic methods of damage repair theory,again from the origin of thought,value In the aspect of pursuing and dealing with the problems,the author analyzes the guiding significance of the damage repair theory to the community correction education,and finally summarizes the advantages and complex mechanisms of the damage repairing correction education model;The third part mainly summarizes the extraterritorial experience of the damage-corrective orthopedic education model,which involves the reference to the multi-district participation of community correction education programs outside the country,the socialized operation of the mechanism,the classification and treatment of objects,the implementation of individual programs,and the evaluation of professional effects practice;The fourth part mainly elaborates on improving the community correction education system based on damage repair theory,and puts emphasis on the improvement of China's community correction education system from the aspects of diversification of the main body of community correction education,actualization of content design,method enrichment,and precision of effect evaluation suggestions.
