As a new means of execution of punishment, Communitycorrections is a major reform of the penal system in our country,and alsoan innovation of social management system.Before this, the law has notbeen on the Community Correction expressly provided, with theexecution of social development, in the2011Criminal Law Amendment(8), Community corrections has finally been explicitly laid down,providing the fundamental legal basis for our Community correctionwork.It is intended for offenders who are sentenced to public surveillance,probation and parole and of great significance for the furtherdevelopment of the the Community Correction work,Meanwhile, it isalso a new challenge to our development of Socialization of penaltyexecution and Mitigation of punishment.At the moment, CommunityCorrection in our country is still in the pilot and exploratory stage, there are many difficulties in it, and it has also become a hot academic research.Social forces to participate in Community corrections has becomeincreasingly prominent for its complexity and importance. The researchof Social forces to participate in Community correction mechanisms hascertain guiding role for the law, as well as social scientific theoryresearch. Theory to guide practice, researches of social forces toparticipate in the Community Correction will also furtherly promote thefurther development of Community Corrections.The promulgation of Criminal Law Amendment(8) gets an end ofthe the embarrassment of Community Corrections no legal basis for thelong-term, but deletes the public security organs as the control ofexecution and Probation Investigation parole supervision subject of thisarticle, from the the real legislative point of view, this revision does notexplicitly Community Corrections society participation in the power ofthe main range, causes some distress on the theory and practice of China’s social forces to participate in Community corrections. On thewhole, China’s community correction has got some success and summedup much experience, but the efficient operation of the communitycorrection system needed a lot of Legislation of adjustment,at the sametime, theoretical research on community corrections is still a bit thiner,this requires a lot of theoretical knowledge to fill and enrich, Forimprovement of the relevant legislation, it is need to be continuouslypush forward the larger pilot.This paper will take several existing major social force to participatein the Community correction in our country as the main line, based on thecomprehensive analysis of the results of previous studies, the concept ofseveral major social forces, characters, development status and the mainproblems will be analyzed and discussed in detail, Through analysis ofthe current situation and existing problems, and finally I will put forwardmy own targeted solutions and suggestions. In the writing process, I will use the method of comparative studies and empirical research, as astarting point to China’s actual situation, compared by social forces andsome other countries to participate in community corrections theoreticalstudy and practical operational data, to analyze the present stage socialforces to participate in community corrections problems and deficienciesin theory and practice; while taking a listed citation analysis, solutionsand recommendations, the success stories of some countries in the thecommunity corrections areas of social forces to participate in theelaboration and analysis, hopping to provide some useful reference andinspiration to our country in this regard practical operation.
