The Role And The Function That The Professional Anti-domestic Violence Agencies Play In The The Domestic Violence Prevention And Treatment System

Domestic violence is still widespread in our country,which cause serious damage to the physical and mental health of family members,destruction of family and social equality and harmonious relationship.Anti-domestic violence work is a comprehensive and complex work,including the alarm,investigation and evidence collection,injury assessment,legal aid,application and implementation of personal safety protection order,psychological counseling and medical assistance,etc..In addition,a single antidomestic violence department can not successfully complete all the work.Therefore,domestic violence prevention and control are supposed to be completed by multiple departments.Professional anti-domestic violence institutions are non-profit organizations that are engaged in domestic violence prevention and intervention with scientific methods and knowledge.This paper discusses the role and functions of professional antidomestic violence institutions in the prevention and treatment of domestic violence in district X.(ii)the roles and functions of professional anti-domestic violence institutions in the domestic violence prevention system;(iii)the analysis of the current practical problems which affect the professional domestic abuse agencies role play and the function,which can take corresponding countermeasures.This article adopts the research methods of field research and the focus group,from the Angle of system theory and the character function theory,explore the professional domestic abuse agencies against in the domestic violence prevention system should play campaigners,case manager,the role of service providers and resources links,can play a propaganda function,prevent,and to ensure the continuity of critical services,scientific,professional and comprehensive.Combined with the analysis of data,found in the current practice,the problems of multiple: institutional funding deficiencies,site and computer equipment resources,organization staff shortage problem;In the service,residents do not turn to anti-domestic violence agencies for help.In the process of service,the service objects fall off and the abusers intervene and witness the insufficient intervention of children.Associative processing power to support deficiencies,multiple departments to the understanding of the domestic violence,issued by the public security monitory not positive,multiple departments lack of coordination mechanism,women's organizations and civil affairs departments lack of financial support,personal safety protection to the problem of lack of executive main body.These problems hinder the professional domestic abuse institutions function of the play,the author combines the theory and practice of these problems puts forward corresponding Suggestions.
