Community correction system is the concrete manifestation of penalty lightening,which is an effective means to solve juvenile delinquency and realize the smooth return of minors to society,and has been recognized by most countries in the world.China has carried out community correction work since 2003,has made certain achievements,but there are also obvious short board,the most prominent problem is the development of juvenile community correction work lags behind.This paper is divided into five parts to study the community correction of minors in J County,H City.The first part of the introduction,mainly introduces the basis of topic selection,foreign research status,domestic research status and research significance.The second part is the implementation of Community correction for minors in J County,H City,which first introduces the related concepts of community correction for minors,and then expounds in detail the methods of Community correction research,corrective objects,corrective institutions and corrective teams in adults.The third part is the discussion of the practical dilemma of community correction for minors in J County of H City,and it is found that the problems existing in community correction of minors in J County mainly exist,the legal system of community correction of minors has not been fully established,the soundness of corrective team and the level of specialization are low,Correct the unclear responsibilities between the relevant subjects and the related supporting system is not perfect.The second part probes into the reasons for the slow development of community correction of minors in J County,including three aspects,such as the slow development of juvenile justice system,the concept of socialization of execution has not yet taken root,and the backwardness of the work concept of corrective institutions.The part V is to put forward the measures to improve the system of community correction for minors on the basis of the above,including perfecting the legislation of community correction for minors,building a professional community correction team for minors,clarifying the functions of the relevant departments of community correction,and further perfecting the supporting system.Through this article,the author hopes to contribute a meager force to the promotion of Community correction of minors in J County,H City,and then promote the goal of "re-socialization" of the rights and interests of minor correction objects.
