The Management & Decision Supporting System Of Bedding-Clothing Distributing Of The Troops

Bedding-clothing is one of the most important logistical materials of the troops,the high-demand requirements for the supply are accuracy,efficiency and suitability.These demands pose a huge challenge to the traditional logistics management of the military.On the one hand,the work of bedding-clothing management of the troops has many characteristics,taking a few examples,the number of the personnel is large,and the people are widely distributed,the types and the specifications of bedding-clothing supplies are of complex,the body parameter of the personnel is dynamic,etc.It is difficult for logistics managers to collect body parameter quickly or distribute materials accurately.The work of bedding-clothing supplying has not met the standards of high-timeliness and high-fitness of the troops.On the other hand,data is a valuable information resource,and it can promote more refined and scientific management of the troops by using data analysis effectively.It designs a management system of the bedding-clothing distributing for the troops in this article,which aims to improve the fitting rate of the personnel and the efficiency of the bedding-clothing supplying work.The functions cover the entire processes of bedding-clothing distributing,including warehouse management,information management,reissuing management and other functions.The system make full use of massive data resources to assist decision-making through data mining,assists in formulating a clothing specification sheet which is more suitable for the most of the personnel,and assists in predicting the number of productions of each model for the next year.The system adopts B/S model,MVC structure,J2 ee framework,and adopts improved K-Means clustering algorithm and ARIMA time series algorithm to data mining.Compared with the same type of the domestic bedding-clothing system of the troops,the system designed and developed in this paper has some greater advantages.The system is an Internet-based management information system of the troops,the troops has opened the Internet for a short time,and the applications based on the Internet that related to the troops are rarely at present.The system applies the data mining method to the decision-making of the management,which improves the suiting rate.The system integrates the relevant levels of roles into a unified management process,which realizes the visualization of the whole process of distributing,and reaches the demand of efficiency and accuracy.At present,the system has been tested and achieved good results.This research applying information technology to solving the problems existing in the current is of great significance to the improvement of the fighting capacity of the troops.
