Study On The Governance Of Farmers'centralized Residential Community In Wenjiang District Of Chengdu

With the acceleration of urbanization,some regions have gradually promoted the construction of new rural communities and farmers' concentrated residential areas.In the new form,guiding farmers to live in a centralized way will greatly benefit the construction of new countryside and the development of urbanization,but at the same time,it also faces many problems,such as the imperfect governance mechanism of grass-roots communities,the increase of residents' interests,the increase of government's management range,and the lack of funds for management and construction.Therefore,according to the local customs,customs,geographical conditions,personnel structure,realistic conditions and so on,it is particularly important for each region to explore a new model of community governance suitable for farmers' concentrated living in this region.In recent years,with the intensification of community governance,the governance of farmers' concentrated residential communities in Wenjiang District has achieved some results,but there are still many problems highlighted.This study takes the concentrated living community of farmers in Wenjiang District as the starting point,and combines theory with practice.Based on the governance model of concentrated residential communities in Wenjiang District and its own characteristics,this paper proposes a systematic and effective system to adapt to the centralized residential community management in Wenjiang District.Governance model.Mainly through the relevant literature,to understand the existing community governance path of change,development trends,problems and countermeasures,and summarize the current Wenjiang District farmers concentrated residential community governance through rational organization management,improve the corresponding system,innovation "1433" work The law,the construction of the “1+5+N” convenience service system,the strengthening of cultural facilities,the development of new citizens,and the effectiveness of governance,as well as the collection of problems in the governance process through questionnaires,empirical analysis,etc.Attribution analysis.Combining with the literature and domestic and foreign management experience,this paper proposes that Wenjiang District urgently needs to construct a system to effectively control the farmers' concentrated residential communities,that is,to construct a multi-diverse community governance model,establish a rich community convenience service system,and improve community social security.Mechanism and employment training system,standardizing property management.Through this research,we understand that there will be some new problems in the development of community governance,and we all need to find a more perfect model for the governance of concentrated residential communities in the continuous exploration.In addition,the analysis of each aspect is not in-depth and meticulous,and community governance is a continuous process,which is to be further supplemented by further research in the future.
