In recent years,the State Council continue to increase the "three rural" issue concerns efforts enacted heavily involved in the "three rural" work first document.Document No.2013 which once again highlighted the "three rural" issue,which clearly stated that since the Sixteenth Congress,China's increasing support for agricultural and rural development,to promote the "industry nurturing agriculture and cities support rural areas," the major decisions,making the development of China's vast rural areas in terms of economic and social change have large current rapid growth of the rural economy,farmers' living standards to achieve a great improvement,"three rural" has been a huge improvement.But the reality,the urban and rural areas due to the presence of "dual" system,the differences between rural and urban areas of our country is still large,the supply of public services especially low level of development of rural public services,and public services also failed to achieve effective supply of state,with a wide range of public service needs of the rural masses formed a huge contradiction.A serious impediment to promote urban and rural development,promote urban-rural integration process.Therefore,to promote the comprehensive development of suburban communities,promote suburban community living standards improved,to take full advantage of a key opportunity to promote the integration of urban and rural areas,improve the supply means suburban community management and public services,urban and rural public service equalization of effective supply,thus further narrowing of the gap between urban and rural areas.This paper selects suburban community Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province for the study.During the study,the relevant national policy guidelines for the in-depth analysis,combined with the actual situation at the present stage Xiuzhou suburban community building,take the field research,questionnaires,field interviews,read the information and other research methods and qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,multiple analysis methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,for the suburban community of demand and supply of public services to the angle of the current suburban community public service effective supply of in-depth research.Thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the background and significance of introduction,in the subject.Introduces the research status of domestic and foreign scholars for the suburban community public services,it puts forward the research content and research methods.The second chapter presents the main concepts and theoretical basis for the effective supply of public services issues for the study of peri-urban community public service effective supply problem constructed a theoretical basis.The third chapter the author from the status quo of suburban communities,taking the Xiuzhou suburban community for the study,compared the characteristics of the demand for public services between suburban community with traditional traditional communities and urban communities,suburban community efforts to identify and traditional rural communities and urban communities particularity in demand for public services.The fourth chapter the author through questionnaires and interviews data analysis from Xiuzhou suburban community,analyzes the current status of Xiuzhou suburban community public service supply and demand as well as problems of analysis,focus on the next step to propose a solution targeted recommendation foundation.Chapter V of the proposed combination of these Xiuzhou suburban community problems from the point of extending the coverage expanded to suburban communities in the National Strategies on effective supply of public services.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
