Research On Optimization Of Public Service Supply In Suburban Rural Communities

Public service is public goods provided by government or non-profit social organizations to meet the common needs of members of society and to improve the quality of life of residents.The effective provision of rural public services has a significant role in promoting the country's agricultural production and farmers' living standards.Looking at the development of China's rural public service supply,while we are achieving remarkable achievements,there are problems such as insufficient supply,unreasonable supply structure,and low supply efficiency.In the background that the party and the government are increasing their investment in agriculture and rural development,the type of public services,quantity of public services,and order of providing public services for farmers are issues that need to be solved most urgently.Whether these problems can be effectively solved depends not only on the quantity and quality of public service provision in rural communities,but also on the real needs for public services of rural community residents.Based on this,this study starts from the reality and analyzes the status of public service provision in rural communities in the suburbs at present,and determines whether there is an imbalance in public service provision in rural communities,analyzes the reasons and proposes a possible solution accordingly.By analyzing the overall satisfaction of public service among villagers in suburban rural communities,the imbalance of public service provision in rural suburbs is currently reflected in the result.The main findings are as follows:1.At present,there is a serious total imbalance in the supply of public services in rural communities in suburban areas.The overall satisfaction of community residents with public services in rural communities is low.The demand of farmers for living public services is higher than the demand for productive public services.At present,the supply of rural public services to the public services is less than the supply of productive public services.There is a structural imbalance in the supply of public services in rural and suburban communities.2.There are significant differences between the needs of individual farmers on the demand for public services in suburban rural communities.The willingness of rural households to demand is significantly affected by household income per capita,education level,occupation,and distance from the rural community to the city.Age and gender have no significant effect on farmers' needs.On the basis of the research results,this article proposes the following perspectives:1.Improve public policies and optimize the supply of public services in rural communities.2.Adjust the inclination of fiscal policy and increase the fiscal expenditure on public services in rural communities.3.Strengthen financial policy support and support,and improve the supply of rural public service market.
